Are 5 Year Old Girls Power Hungry and Ambitious?

I have held this in for way too long and now, I just can't hold it back anymore. (yes, pun intended) Since my daughter is just shy of 2 years old and my son is more interested in racing snails (Turbo), I have seen Frozen less than a handful of times and I have to say, I just don't get why all the girls want to be Elsa.

Mito Desease -In Loving Memory

Jamie was a seemingly healthy baby at birth. Throughout his infancy he thrived. There was no indication at all of what lurked beneath the surface waiting to present itself. Into toddlerhood Jamie was meeting all of his milestones and although he was a little more reserved than his brother, we had no reason to suspect that he was anything less than a perfectly healthy child.

Herbs and Spices - Small additions, Big benefits!

Herbs and Spices have taken their rightful place on the new Healthy Eating Pyramid, released by Nutrition Australia , this week. May contain Sesame Seeds. At a glance, it's not too bad. Almost 50% is salt but I have nothing against salt, except that I can buy 500g for less than this tiny bottle. Remembering that the order of the ingredients on any label reflects the percentage of each, rice flour holds the second larges

Are you a morning person? Or do you need some help getting started? I am the latter of the two, so a premade breakfast in a flash is a highly desirable option. Of course, such a dish can easily fill in for any meal snack during the day and eggs are an excellent source of energy and nutrients. Bacon and Egg in Toast Cups
